Job Summary
TEG requires a Business Development Manager for the generation and development of new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales professional selling fact based decision making solutions to Sales and Marketing heads of major consumer goods brands and Retail companies. The role is focused purely on new business and is suited to people who are ‘sales hungry’ and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.

What you will get to do

You will develop new business relationships with businesses that can benefit from TEG’s solutions, generate and negotiate new revenue sources for TEG to an agreed annual target |

Present TEG solutions to potential clients through demos, workshops, and business discussions |
 |
Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; collaborate with the client partner team in the US |
 |
You will have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self manage, however, you will be supported by product and delivery heads for complex large pitches and strategies |
 |
Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral to accelerate the sales process |

What you will need to make an impact
 |
A thorough understanding of clients marketing objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives. Areas include: Consumer Research, Marketing Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Pricing and Promotional Response Models |
 |
4+ years of experience in in solution selling, preferably with relevant experience in Analytics based services |
 |
Ability to present the value proposition of global delivery |
 |
A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team |
 |
Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills |
