Arvind has 20 years of management experience in building business units from ground up. After working with global companies through the e-Business boom/bust, ERP wave, and the global delivery phenomenon, one thing that stood out for Arvind was the vast data assets getting built in these organizations. The potential for delivering significant value to customers with large data was no brainer but data tends to be messy, business problems tend to be loosely defined, and data mining engines tend to be fairly expensive.

 

Arvind founded TEG with a vision to bring Analytics to the mainstream Arvind guided the team to build IP that allows a business user to engage in high end Analytics based decision making without getting bogged down by complex algorithms and techniques running in the background.

 

Arvind is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has anchored high profile sessions with Chief Marketing Officers from some of the top retail and consumer goods companies.

 

Mr. Nagpal earned his undergraduate degree in Engineering from REC Allahabad with University gold medal and Masters in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from North Carolina State University. Arvind is a published author of a best seller in SAP.

Dipayan leads the global delivery operations for TEG, servicing clients in US, Latin America, and India. Dipayan has over nine years of analytics experience across various domains. He has operated in analytics KPO captive units for a major MNC Financial institution as well as been part of the core team of the first successful offshore based analytics consulting firm out of India.

 

Dipayan has worked across Banking, Insurance, CPG, Retail & Travel and Leisure domains. His primary expertise is in the field of Marketing Analytics and Database Marketing.

 

Dipayan, has worked with HSBC and Marketics in roles across Account Management, Delivery Team Lead, Pre Sales & New Business Development.

 

Dipayan, holds a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management , Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St.Xavier’s College , Calcutta.

Arpan has a rich 8-year experience in consulting with some of the major CPG/Retail clients worldwide, helping them use analytics for planning and fine-tuning their brand/retail strategy. He has worked extensively in developing analytics solutions that have been used by global brands to deepen their understanding of consumers in different markets.

He was part of the initial seed team at Marketics Technologies, a successful industry startup in analytics which was acquired by WNS in 2008. He has a Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.
